The Earth went around the Sun a few times, I blinked once or twice, three times at most, and here I find myself in the middle of my life. Some things unfolded as expected, others not so much. So every day I set my compass bearing, and try to follow it as best as I am able.
I am the father of three and a software engineer by trade. I try to get out into the woods as often as possible, and let the simplicity of survival in the task at hand melt away any stress and distractions. It is my meditation.
